The AI tutor gave me a wrong answer.

AI responses can be inaccurate. Treat Synapli as a study aid and verify important facts. If a response is harmful or clearly broken, email us with a screenshot so we can improve the prompts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Pricing, then click Cancel subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period. If you purchased through the App Store, manage the subscription from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Email us from your account address with the subject "Delete my account". We permanently erase your account, decks, notebooks, notes, and chats within 30 days. Individual items can be deleted from the app at any time.

Is my study content used to train AI?

No. Your content is used only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors and how each one handles your data.

I want to export my notes or flashcards.

Open any notebook and use the export menu (PDF or TXT). For flashcard decks, you can use the import/export controls in the deck view. If you need a full data export, email us.
